Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nova Vantage (mobile or PC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

The Service

Nova Vantage is a creator-assistance tool from Nova Vanguard LLC, offering research, script drafting, fact-checking, and performance analytics for content creators. Free, Pro, and Creator tiers offer different feature sets; one subscription covers both the mobile and PC apps.

Your Account & Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you publish using material drafted or researched through the App. Nova Vantage assists your process — it does not review, approve, or take responsibility for what you ultimately publish.

Prohibited Use

• Using the App to generate deliberately false or misleading content
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the App
• Using the App in a way that violates YouTube's or Google's terms of service

Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Creator tier subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time from within the App. Canceling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.

The App is provided "as is." Nova Vanguard LLC makes no guarantee that fact-checking or research results are complete or error-free — always verify before publishing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
