Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Nova Vanguard LLC ("we," "us") handles information when you use Nova Vantage (mobile and PC), collectively the "App."

Information We Access

When you connect your YouTube account, the App requests access to your YouTube Data API v3 information — such as your channel details, video list, and performance analytics — solely to power the features you use directly: research, script drafting, fact-checking, and performance tracking.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your YouTube data to train AI models.
• Data transmissions occur directly between your device and Google's APIs.

Local & Account Data

Script drafts, research notes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device or tied to your account for the purpose of syncing across the App's features. Subscription tier status is stored to determine which features are unlocked.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Nova Vantage's access to your Google account at any time by:

• Signing out from the App's Settings screen
• Visiting Google Account Permissions and removing Nova Vantage

Revoking access immediately invalidates your stored access token.

Children's Privacy

Nova Vantage is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
