Data Deletion

How to delete your data

You can request deletion of any data Nova Vanguard LLC holds in connection with your Nova Vantage account at any time.

In-app

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account record, subscription status, and any synced research or script drafts from our servers.

By email

Email tremainej@novavanguardllc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address tied to your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Google Account Access

Deleting your Nova Vantage account does not automatically revoke access to your Google/YouTube account. Revoke that separately at Google Account Permissions.

What's retained

We do not retain YouTube data on our servers beyond what's needed to actively power the App's features — see our Privacy Policy for details. Any data that is retained is deleted upon a verified deletion request.
